Behavior Analyst - BCBA

About The OpportunityGervino Group is partnering with a progressive behavioral health organization seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments to determine appropriate interventionsDesign, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plansOversee and support the implementation of behavior programs by clinical staffProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team membersFacilitate parent training sessions to ensure consistency between home and clinical settingsDevelop treatment goals and maintain accurate, compliant documentation for insurance and clinical reviewCollaborate with interdisciplinary professionals involved in client careStay current with ABA research, methodologies, and best practicesPerform additional duties aligned with BCBA standards and behavioral health practicesEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Licensure & CertificationActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationLicensed/eligible to practice in the state of MichiganAdditional RequirementsStrong clinical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesPassion for improving outcomes for children and familiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-based environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive and collaborative team cultureOngoing training and developmentAbout Gervino GroupGervino Group is a national recruitment firm focused on connecting organizations with exceptional talent.
