This role involves 50% SAFe training & coaching and 50% hands-on Agile coaching for Scrum development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain Scrum teams on SAFe 6 Framework, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Value Streams, and Lean-Agile practicesCoach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvementSupport enterprise Agile adoption and digital product transformationConduct SAFe-certified trainings (SAFe for Teams, Leadership, Scrum Masters)Mature Agile mindset, flow, productivity, predictability, and qualityIdentify blockers, drive transparency, and improve enterprise agilityWork with leadership on Agile strategy, roadmap, and metricsLead ART execution, launch preparation, and continuous learning cycles Required SkillsSAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0 Certification - Mandatory10+ years in Agile/Lean methodologies5+ years as an Agile Coach & SAFe trainerStrong experience in enterprise Agile transformationProven delivery of SAFe-certified training curriculumExpertise with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and digital product environmentsMust have Healthcare domain backgroundStrong stakeholder communication and leadership coaching skillsBachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of experience
