If you have a proven track record in retail real estate and are passionate about landlord representation, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:Identify and target potential landlords and property owners in the New York Metro area.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and other industry professionals.Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and trends in the retail real estate market.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are met.Provide excellent customer service to clients and meet their needs throughout the leasing process.Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulation changes that may impact retail real estate. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Retail Real Estate Broker focusing on landlord representation.Active real estate license in the state of New Jersey and or New York.Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements and closing deals.Strong knowledge of the New York Metro retail real estate market, including market trends, rental rates, and zoning regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools for market research and data analysis.
