This role involves building secure, scalable, and event-driven platforms that integrate with core financial systems across custody, trading, and post-trade domains in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enterprise-grade Java microservices for tokenization platformsBuild scalable, event-driven distributed systems with high resiliencyIntegrate digital asset platforms with custody, collateral, trading, and settlement systemsDevelop secure APIs for token lifecycle management and reconciliationEnsure data integrity, entitlement controls, and wallet/account mappingImplement secure SDLC practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability)Support MVP to enterprise-scale architecture evolutionCollaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and risk/control teamsRequired SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Core Java (8/11/17+)Expertise in Microservices & Distributed Systems ArchitectureExperience with Blockchain / Smart Contracts (Solidity)Strong experience in API development (RESTful services)Exposure to Cloud-native development (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems)Knowledge of resiliency patterns, auditability, and controlsBackground in Capital Markets / Financial ServicesNice to HaveExperience with Digital Assets / Tokenization / DLT platformsKnowledge of custody, collateral, or post-trade workflowsFamiliarity with idempotency, compensation patterns, observability toolsExperience working with custodian banks or financial infrastructures
