Job Description###Locums | OB/GYN | Clinic + Call | Russellville, AR (IMLC accepted)###Why This Role Clinic coverage 4 days/week with defined hours (8am – 4pm) Inpatient and weekend call coverage (1:4 rotation) Access to in-house lab and ultrasound, NST on site Opportunity to manage a full spectrum of OB/GYN cases including low- and high-risk pregnancies###Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule: Clinic 8am – 4pm with 1-hour lunch; in-house call, weekends Friday 8am – Monday 8am Patients per Day: - Call Details: Beeper; response time 20 minutes to facility; average 2 callbacks EMR: Athena & Meditech###Requirements Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active Arkansas license (IMLC accepted) BLS and PALS Clean history Other required certifications: fetal monitoring and PALS###Clinical Details Scope: Full-spectrum OB/GYN care including inpatient, outpatient, and surgical responsibilities Typical Procedures: Low- and high-risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasounds (Level I and II) Amniocentesis Routine deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, C-section decision-making) Complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs) Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology (IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP) Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic diagnostic/minor procedures, operative/major including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy) Laser procedures###Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided* Travel: Reimbursed
