Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and outgoing Account Representatives to represent Charity Hero Fundraising across the country. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on building relationships, are motivated by purpose-driven work, and are excited about facilitating memorable fundraising experiences. As an Account Representative, you will engage with nonprofit organizations and community groups to introduce our unique fundraising solutions. You will be responsible for identifying event opportunities, managing relationships, and ensuring successful execution of fundraising campaigns — whether in-person at galas or online through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with nonprofit organizations, charities, schools, and other groups hosting fundraising events. Present and propose Charity Hero Fundraising programs tailored to each organization’s goals. Onboard new clients and serve as their point of contact through the fundraising process. Coordinate and facilitate fundraising efforts at live and silent auctions, gala events, and digital campaigns. Travel to fundraising events when needed (optional based on region and role). Participate in weekly team training and development calls. Maintain client relationships to foster long-term fundraising partnerships. Track and report on outreach, sales activities, and fundraising outcomes.
