Security Program Manager

Overture Partners' client immediately needs a Security Program Manager. To secure an interview for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:**No C2C/3rd partiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.5+ years of product management or engineering experience, focusing on IAM or related technologies.Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, patterns, frameworks, and technologies, including:Authentication/Authorization (AuthN/AuthZ): Web authentication, SAML, OAuth/OpenID, MFA, and RBAC.Familiarity with Microsoft IAM is preferred.Experience with identity governance concepts.Proven ability to break down complex requirements into well-defined, incremental deliverables.Experience creating and presenting technical roadmaps to customers and management stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile development processes, including roles and ceremonies.Excellent collaboration skills for working with a wide range of stakeholders across different time zones and functional areas.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategy, technical concepts, and trade-offs to customers, developers, and management.About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the development of services and user experiences that manage identities and control access to data and resources. You will leverage your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and industry best practices to evolve and enhance IAM capabilities. Your goal will be to provide a seamless, secure user experience while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. You will manage various aspects of IAM, including identity management for users and services, authentication, federation/SSO, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management. Key Responsibilities:Roadmap Management: Define and maintain a comprehensive IAM program roadmap. Collaborate with management to develop and execute a strategic platform plan for IAM that aligns with business goals and market needs.Requirement Gathering: Work closely with employees, stakeholders, and engineering teams to collect and prioritize IAM requirements.Project Management: Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the timely and effective execution of deliverables. Continuously refine priorities as business needs evolve.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, executives, sales, and engineering teams. Communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress while gathering feedback to improve the program.Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases in collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, and other relevant teams.Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IAM features and the platform to ensure ongoing improvement.Industry Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements in the IAM space to ensure program alignment.
