Job Description SummaryPlans and implements pursuit of strategic opportunities for a particular business or organization, for example, by cultivating partnerships or other commercial relationships, or identifying new markets for its products or services.Job DescriptionSummary of the Position:The Treasury Management Specialty Sales Officer (“TMO”) will execute the Treasury Management Specialty Sales Strategy, with a specific focus on providing tailored services to Single and Multi-Family Offices. The TMO is responsible for managing the specialty sales portfolio, generating new business and providing representation of the bank in the market. The TMO is responsible for developing new/enhanced business relationships with select clients nationally and within the Bank’s footprint. This position requires consultative selling to targeted niches within Treasury Management, which is responsible for meeting individual annual sales goals. Responsibility includes strategizing target and developing the deposit/treasury niches, developing and executing sales strategies to retain and fully penetrate new treasury management relationships. This position reports directly to the Head of Treasury Management Sales and Strategy.Primary Functions Of The PositionSales SupportDevelops sales plans for territory and key customer accounts and deposit centric targetsIncreased autonomy in managing assigned territory, requiring minimal assistance from managementActively shares knowledge and market experience with peers, less experienced team members, and is a participant in TM initiatives.Recognizes and supports our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and companyProduct MarketingOversees all Marketing collateral as it relates to depository and Treasury Management products;Performs periodic Marketing / Sales campaigns;Provides education and knowledge of products to internal partners and to existing and prospective clients.Education And Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree required7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management7+ years of business-to-business sales experience or treasury management sales experience with deposit centric industriesEssential Skills And AbilitiesStrong negotiation and influence skills.Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goalsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsExperience in business development or sales of treasury management products and services to deposit centric companiesStrong knowledge of treasury management product and servicesEducationBachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: MarketingWork ExperienceGeneral Experience - 6 to 10 yearsCertificationsSecurities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)Salary Range$100,000.00-$250,000.00TravelLess than 25%WorkstyleResidentThe total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
