Job Description Tow Truck DriverPlush Tow & Transport is hiring a reliable Tow Truck Driver to provide towing and roadside assistance services in a fast-paced, on-call environment. We're looking for someone who is safe, professional, dependable, and comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and in changing weather conditions.ResponsibilitiesRespond to dispatch calls for towing and roadside serviceSafely load, secure, transport, and unload vehiclesPerform basic roadside services such as jump starts, tire changes, and lockoutsComplete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspectionsUpdate job information and notes in TowbookCommunicate professionally with customers and dispatchKeep truck, tools, and equipment clean and ready for serviceFollow company safety procedures and towing policiesRequirementsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordBasic mechanical or automotive knowledgeAbility to work on-call, including nights, weekends, and some holidaysStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work outdoors and in roadside conditionsTowing or roadside experience preferredCDL preferred, but not requiredCompensationCommission-based and/or per-job pay based on experience and company policyBenefits available for qualifying employees after probationary periodWhy Join UsFast-paced work environmentOpportunity to grow with an expanding towing companyImportant role helping customers in stressful situations
