ServiceNow Architect

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of six (6) years hands-on ServiceNow experience. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Lead. Broad knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules (not siloed). Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices. Ability to both design and implement solutions independently. Up-to-date knowledge of recent ServiceNow releases and capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a comprehensive platform assessment of current ServiceNow environment. Define a practical, execution-focused roadmap aligned with business needs. Lead hands-on implementation across multiple ServiceNow modules. Serve as the technical authority and decision-maker for platform architecture and design. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions. Mentor and guide supporting ServiceNow resources. Ensure solutions leverage modern ServiceNow capabilities, including recent releases and AI features. AREAS OF FOCUS Customer Service Management Employee Center Integrations (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf) Discovery and Asset Management Early exploration and foundation for Software Asset Management Ongoing platform expansion and technical strategy Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
