None of our assignments come from Forwarders. Join our dynamic team as a Recovery Agent based in our Hollywood Office. Working on a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. As part of the team, here’s what's expected from you: Safe and Ethical Vehicle Recovery: Compliant and ethical procurement and recovery of vehicles. Proper towing or strapping of the retrieved cars. Utilize sharp observational skills to recover vehicles set for repossession while running designated routes. Ensure accurate and confident decision-making during the recovery process. Efficient Transfer and Storage: Secure transfer of repossessed vehicles to the office lot for processing and storage. Innovative Surveillance Strategies: Conduct thorough environmental assessments before initiating the recovery process. Practice high situational awareness and implement Escape and Evade (E&E) plans during the recovery process. Maintain the highest ethical standards for successful recovery operations. Collaborative Communication: Engage in effective communication with the repossession team. Utilize iPads for seamless access to systems. Apply confrontational avoidance and de-escalation techniques when needed for personal safety. Ensure proper documentation for all recovery operations. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle. Report any mechanical issues promptly for resolution. What you NEED to have: A valid driver's license with a clean record. No criminal record. Compliance with drug testing. Keen attention to detail, independent decision-making, proactive self-starter with high initiative. Inquisitive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile with commitment to success. Driven by financial incentives. Familiarity with RDN, DRN, and ClearPlan is a plus.
