Turnover Package LeadLebanon, IN (Onsite)Phone + VideoJob description: Key Responsibilities Lead and manage system turnover packages with full ownership of care, custody, and controlServe as the final signatory for turnover approval once Fluor (or EPC) completes testing, mechanical completion (MC), and commissioning activitiesCoordinate and track turnover readiness across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, structural, and building systemsMaintain complete paper trail and documentation from early construction through final turnoverEnsure turnover packages meet project, GMP, and owner standardsParticipate heavily in coordination and review meetings, aligning EPC, construction, commissioning, and owner teamsProvide oversight on how system documentation is generated, reviewed, compiled, and transferredSupport both greenfield and brownfield project environments Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience leading system turnover on large pharmaceutical capital projectsStrong background in BSS and TCCC turnover methodologiesProven experience working with major EPC firms (e.g., Fluor) through testing, MC, and commissioning phasesAbility to operate at a senior, cross‑disciplinary level with broad technical oversightExperience In Big Pharma Environments Strongly PreferredDemonstrated strength in documentation control, governance, and audit‑ready turnover processesDesired Project Background Large, complex pharma manufacturing facilitiesGreenfield and/or brownfield project executionHigh‑volume, multi‑system turnover environments.
