Come build the future of pharmacy with us.Job DescriptionThe Sr. IT Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design of technology solutions to ensure they meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases. This position is responsible for owning the technology solutions within their area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap and communication of overall health and future sustainability.ResponsibilitiesLead design to ensure the technology solutions meet all resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use casesLead ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing systems and platformsManage work direction, lead, influence, and provide feedback to other team membersParticipate in staffing plans to identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and provide feedback for staff performance reviewsOwn technology solutions within area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap and communication of overall health and future sustainabilityDrive innovation & continuous improvementOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required5 years of experience with application development or package software implementationMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsExperience with .Net, SQL and Visual StudioEstablished presenter of technical and non-technical material adapted to the respective audienceAbility to transition abstract concepts into stable and supportable software solutionsAbility to develop unbiased options and recommendations to technical problems and unbiased comparisonsStrong problem-solving and analysis skillsStrong traits of decisiveness and judgmentAbility to drive innovation and be forward thinkingExcellent documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with ASP.Net Web Forms, MySQL and AWS is a plusExperience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery modelPrevious experience in PBM / health care industryUnderstanding of security implications of domainComfortable leading and mentoring othersPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page (https://www.primetherapeutics.com/benefits) and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail (https://www.primetherapeutics.com/benefits).Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
