Lead Agent, Premium Services Greeter/VIP Driver

We offer amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network, training and development programs, and comprehensive health and life benefits.Pay rate - $30.15 / hr with $1.75 / hr lead premiumResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include providing extraordinary customer service to high caliber passengers, ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, ability to work in various inclement weather conditions, responsibility of ensuring our passengers and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft, responsible for operating vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions, vehicles are driven in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipment. Lead Agents must demonstrate leadership skills and training ability, responsible to management to coordinate of the overall operation within assigned functional area, they may conduct agent observations and associated activities, administers local training such as on the job training with new hires, responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization, maintains supplies, inventory, and control logs, prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports. Lead Agents will assist management in the completion of administrative duties, perform agent work as required and acts as company representative when assigned.QualificationsRequirements include minimum age of 18, ability to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy, ability to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated. Driver's License required, high school diploma or GED equivalent, ability to lift up to 75 lbs., willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off, flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary, possess the legal right to work in the United States, must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
