This is a full-time role based in the United States, involving leadership of quality teams, implementation of quality processes, and continuous improvement of manufacturing standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and supportEnsure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirementsDevelop and improve quality control processes and systemsDrive continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with applicable aerospace regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product qualityRequired QualificationsMinimum 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within electronics or aerospace manufacturingExperience with RCCA (root cause corrective action)Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with quality management systems and data toolsKnowledge of aerospace quality and regulatory standardsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldStrong leadership and team management experienceAbility to work in cross-functional and global teamsContinuous improvement mindsetWork AuthorizationCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
