Project ManagerLewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract opportunity with a financial services client.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of projects across areas such as lending, deposits, payments, risk, compliance, or digital banking initiativesCollaborate with senior leadership, business units, and technology teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteriaDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and dependenciesIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirementsTrack project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure cost-effective deliveryProvide regular status updates, reporting, and presentations to steering committees and executive stakeholdersSupport organizational change initiatives, including communication strategies and stakeholder adoptionCoordinate with vendors and consultants as needed to support project deliveryQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of project management experience, preferably within banking or financial servicesStrong understanding of financial products and servicesKnowledge of regulatory and risk frameworks impacting financial institutionsProven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving business and technology teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar)For immediate consideration, please click “Apply” and use Job Code BHJOB11837_4393.
