Broadway Forbes exit.Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Full Time Project Techs to join our facilities management team in Columbus, Ohio. This l position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of facility maintenance and cleaning services.Learn and perform all phases of facilities management, including:Floor care (various types)Carpet cleaningPressure washingWindow washingPerform deep cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaningWork primarily evening shifts (starting after 4 PM) with occasional weekend hoursOperate and maintain cleaning equipment and toolsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasksAdapt to changing priorities and workloads as neededParticipate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in facilities managementAssist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentParticipate in regular safety meetings and contribute to improving workplace safety practicesDocument completed tasks and report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisorStarting rate of pay:Little to No Experience $18.00 to $20.00hr.Some Experience $20.00 to $22.00hrExpert $22.00 to $25.00hrCall or text 216-244-8857 to schedule an interviewQualificationsValid driver's license and proof of car insuranceReliable personal transportationAbility to pass a criminal background checkPhysical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products (training provided)Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in facilities managementFlexibility to work evening shifts (typically 4 PM to 12 AM or later) and occasional weekendsStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceEffective communication skillsAbility to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelinesAdditional Information
