Engineers here work directly with end clients, troubleshoot real infrastructure issues, support cloud environments, and gain exposure to networking, cybersecurity, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace technologies in production environments.The company has built a strong reputation for white-glove customer service, fast response times, and long-term client relationships. If you enjoy variety in your day, working with different technologies, and solving problems instead of just escalating them, this is an excellent opportunity to continue building your infrastructure and cloud skill set within an MSP environment.LocationMount Arlington, NJ (Hybrid/client-facing role with both remote and onsite support responsibilities)What You’ll Be DoingTroubleshoot Windows and macOS desktop environments for end users across multiple client networksSupport Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments including user administration, permissions, and troubleshootingWork within Windows Server environments handling Active Directory, user management, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity issuesTroubleshoot networking issues involving wireless connectivity, switches, routers, firewalls, and WAN/LAN infrastructureProvide both remote and onsite support for SMB clients throughout the regionWork within Datto RMM, Autotask, and IT Glue to manage tickets, documentation, and client environmentsAssist with infrastructure upgrades, workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT projectsDeliver high-level customer service while communicating technical solutions clearly to end users and clientsWhat Makes You a Great Fit2–3+ years of IT support, systems support, or networking experiencePrevious MSP experience is highly preferredStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentalsExperience with:Active DirectoryWindows ServerDNS/DHCPVPN troubleshootingMicrosoft 365 administrationGoogle Workspace administrationComfortable working directly with clients in both remote and onsite environmentsSomeone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and growing technicallyCompensation & Benefits$50K–$70K base salary depending on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPTO + paid holidays + birthday offCertification reimbursement and ongoing technical trainingExposure to cloud, networking, systems admin
