This candidate will need to be proficient in quanty take offs, cost estimations, and project management from $10k to $1million construction projects in the commercial drywal, metal studs and EIFS sector. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently while also supporting the efforts of the field construction trades. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management and understand our company's culture and goals. Responsibilities: Analyze construction plans. prepare list of required materials price out best value for materials secure and order materials to be coordinated and delivered to the project. Understand construction plans and specifications. Be able to understand codes and specifications. Direct employees in the execution of different aspects of the job.", Be familiar with all project phases, including planning, design, construction, and acceptance.
