This position is designed to create a virtual school model that is demanding, credible, and demonstrably superior.You will control the entire operational framework of the virtual program. This encompasses designing student experiences, managing advisor effectiveness, implementing cohort-based interventions, and building parent confidence. No established framework exists for you to follow. You will conduct diagnostics, execute rapid course corrections, participate directly in live sessions when required, and establish the infrastructure that enables 3× learning gains to scale reliably.This is a foundational leadership position for someone seeking measurable impact.
