PCB Assembly TechnicianAdvancePCB provides electronic PCB assemblies to a variety of customers in the military, medical and commercial industries. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of best practices in the electronic assembly environment. We need highly motivated, well organized individuals to join this dynamic, versatile and growing business.Job Responsibilities:General knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and equipment operationExperience operating and programing My data Surface Mount Equipment a plusExperience using DEK Stencil printers a plusExperience in reflow operation and profile generation a plusQuality inspection experience is a plusIPC-610 or J-Std certification is a plusStrong aptitude for electronic and mechanical assembly practicesFamiliar with structured BOMs, assembly drawings and kit identificationMust be agile and able to work multiple projectsWork well independently and in a group settingAble to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work at a fast pace environmentFlexibility with schedulingExperience in Lean/6 Sigma a plusRequirements:Proven experience in PCB assembly, particularly in a production environment.IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification is highly desirable.Must have strong proficiency in both through-hole and surface mount soldering techniques.Familiarity with electronic components, circuit boards, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues effectively.Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documenting work.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently when required.
