Our team combines extensive online advertising experience and policy acumen with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. We seek innovative, customer-obsessed deep thinkers.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and manage policies, including risk rationale, policy text, and data monitoring,Present policy risks to internal stakeholders through high-quality written communications to build understanding and consensusCreate business requirement documents to product teams to solve for policy risksFoster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy teams, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business unitsSupport high-risk and high-impact escalations with moderation and tiered support teamsDevelop comprehensive understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to inform policy workA day in the lifePolicy Managers monitor policy effectiveness using various signals and handle escalated policy compliance questions. They develop expertise in locale-specific requirements and consider cultural norms in decision-making. The role involves building policy recommendations based on multi-vector risk assessment, collaborating with product teams on risk solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. They coordinate between Amazon teams to ensure consistency for advertisers and shoppers.About the teamThe Ad Policy team manages global advertising policies across all Ad products and Amazon Publishers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
