If you are interested in this Revenue Cycle Specialist position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 or afaris@alinestaffing.com Revenue Cycle Specialist Compensation The pay for this position is $26.97 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service Revenue Cycle Specialist Highlights This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity Hybrid work arrangement: On-site training for the first 1–2 weeks, then flexible in-office schedule Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday Revenue Cycle Specialist Responsibilities Process customer invoicing and other administrative duties within the accounts department Record customer payments and checks accurately and regularly Communicate with customers to facilitate payments for overdue invoices Utilize relevant software programs for processing invoices and recording data Resolve discrepancies related to invoices efficiently Provide backup support to the accounting team on project-based assignments Maintain strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers Revenue Cycle Specialist Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with accounting experience Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of employment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skilled in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite Revenue Cycle Specialist Preferred Qualifications Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Self-starter with strong motivation and investigative skills If you think this Revenue Cycle Specialist position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! .
