This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise in a lively, fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery * Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism and attention to presentation standards * Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments accurately * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service stations * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely service for all guests * Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit *Experience* * Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous * Experience in fine dining environments or with cocktail and spirits service is a plus * Strong knowledge of wine, beverage options, and food safety protocols * Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude * Basic math skills for processing payments and handling sales transactions confidently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
