Array Technician

Array Technician Temp To Hire Final Array Integration Technician to support the assembly and integration of solar-powered systems, control panels, PLCs, and analyzer shelter packages. This role is responsible for ensuring all electrical and mechanical components are properly installed, wired, and tested to meet project specifications and company standards for safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in electrical integration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrate and assemble solar power systems, analyzer shelters, control panels, and PLC-based equipmentInstall, terminate, and test low-voltage and DC solar wiring, including battery systems and power distribution componentsRead and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, P&IDs, and engineering drawingsPerform final system integration including mounting components, routing wiring, and verifying connectionsConduct functional testing of integrated systems to ensure proper operation prior to shipmentTroubleshoot wiring, component, and system-level issues as neededEnsure all assemblies meet Solarcraft quality standards and customer specificationsMaintain accurate production logs, test results, and documentationPrepare and stage materials, tools, and components for integration activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policiesCollaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processesComplete job in the estimated timeframe.Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required1+ years of experience in electrical assembly, system integration, or manufacturingExperience with solar power systems (DC), battery systems, and/or industrial control panels preferredStrong understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and basic troubleshootingProficiency using voltmeters, multimeters, and hand/power toolsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawingsFamiliarity with analyzer systems or industrial instrumentation is a plusCore SkillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipProblem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose integration issuesEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational and time management skillsAdaptability in a fast-paced production environmentForklift experience a plusWork EnvironmentManufacturing/industrial setting with exposure to electrical equipment and machineryWarehouse environment with exposure to weather elements.PPE required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe bootsWork on skid-mounted systems, enclosures, and analyzer sheltersWorking in outside elements year around.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per day)Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching (including overhead work inside enclosures)Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbsManual dexterity for wiring, tool use, and component installationVisual ability for detailed electrical work, including color recognition and close inspectionAbility to work in confined spaces within enclosures or shelters when required
