Representative II, Pharmacy

Overview In this role you support Medicare members, prescribers, and providers by handling coverage-related requests via phone and fax. You work in a modular training model to gain end-to-end skills and contribute to accurate case handling, outreach, and documentation within Medicare guidelines. You will navigate a regulated, fast-paced environment to ensure timely resolutions. This full-time remote position combines inbound and outbound interactions to support Part D and related Part B processes.
