Regional Dental Director – Corpus Christi, TX Dental Director | Multi-Practice Private Practice Group Location: Corpus Christi, Texas Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are a dentist-owned private practice dental group seeking an experienced Regional Dental Director to provide clinical leadership across 3–5 dental offices in the Corpus Christi, TX region. This role is ideal for a seasoned dentist ready to step into clinical leadership, mentoring, and regional oversight while preserving true private practice values. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for multiple dental practices Mentor and support associate and lead dentists Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and clinical best practices Support complex case planning and treatment protocols Partner with operations to improve production, collections, and case acceptance Assist with dentist recruiting, onboarding, and retention Review key performance metrics and guide sustainable growth Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license 7+ years of clinical dentistry experience Previous experience as Dental Director, Lead Dentist, or Managing Dentist Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Willingness to travel within the Corpus Christi region Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 Bonus Potential: $50,000 – $150,000+ Health, dental, and vision insurance Why Join Us Private practice (non-DSO), dentist-led group No corporate production quotas Real leadership autonomy and long-term growth opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
