Customer Service Representative - FT - Quincy Salary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Level Entry Job Shift Day Education Level High School Category BankingDuties and Responsibilities Receives and verifies cash from customers and follows all cash handling proceduresAccurately reconciles cash drawer daily including scanning of all imagesProcesses customer transactions: Loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, and monetary instruments.Receives and verifies checks, examines items for appropriate endorsements and completes hold requests as needed.Understands and is able to Navigate NuPoint Core SystemNavigates the S drive according to job dutiesAccurately process savings bonds for redemptionProcesses cash advancesAble to accurately complete a check order formEffectively demonstrate digital solutions to customers or potential customersUnderstand and operate technically advanced banking equipment such as cash recyclers and coin counters as available in your branch.Basic knowledge and navigation skills of Internet banking and Mobile AppBasic digital equipment knowledgeAnnually participate in Robbery/Security trainingRead and attest to both the Employee Handbook and the Business Continuity PlanComplete mandatory online training courseRequirements High School Degree or related experience.Strong communications (written and verbal), customer skills, & interpersonal skillsStrong computer skillsProficient with PC based teller software or willingness to learnBe able to operate emailPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
