We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and coordinate closely with engineering, planning, and production teams to deliver exceptional service.What You’ll DoAs a Inside Sales Representative your responsibilities will include:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and communicationManage house accounts and support customer feedback, complaints, and resolutionsProcess RFQs, coordinate with Engineering and Planning, and prepare customer quotesFollow up on quotes, RMAs, pricing updates, and customer requestsIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new businessMaintain customer activity records and provide regular updates to managementConduct customer outreach and support sales growth initiativesParticipate in customer-related problem-solving and complaint resolution activitiesRequiredWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma or equivalentAssociate’s Degree, some college coursework, or industrial inside sales experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamProfessional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential informationMinimum 1 years in customer serviceProficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of AutoLISPStrong knowledge of mold design (rubber/plastic, injection/compression)Familiarity with machining processes and toolingExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsExperience working across multiple teams and vendorsWork EnvironmentYou’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily.
