Automation and Controls Engineer

Design, develop, and modify automation and control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes Program and maintain PLCs, HM - Is, and industrial networks (new installations and upgrades) Diagnose and resolve control system issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and production lines Develop and maintain electrical schematics, I/ O lists, and control documentation Implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost reduction Provide on-site technical support during production issues, breakdowns, and planned maintenance Collaborate with mechanical, process, and quality engineers to integrate automation solutions Ensure control systems comply with applicable safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Train maintenance and operations personnel on control systems and automation best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, o...Controls Engineer, Automation, Controls, Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Robotics, Technology
