Job Title: Senior Quality Control SpecialistLocation: Onsite (100%) near Covington, GAOverview:Provides technical expertise and operational support for QC laboratory functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Perform compendial assessments to meet regulatory and pharmacopeia standardsAuthor/review SOPs, protocols, and analytical methodsLead analytical method onboarding, including planning, training, and documentationManage qualification of materials, instruments, and equipmentOversee change control processes and risk assessmentsDrive CAPA management and timely closure of quality eventsServe as SME for troubleshooting and technical guidanceCollaborate cross-functionally and with global teamsIdentify and implement process improvementsConduct data trending and performance analysisRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field4+ years in pharma or regulated industryKey Skills:Knowledge of QC lab operations and regulatory requirements (cGMP)Strong project management and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced statistical analysis skillsExcellent communication and leadership skills
