Duties General Manager – Commercial Interior Landscaping Buffalo, NY | Full‑Time | Leadership Opportunity Key Responsibilities Design, Sales & Marketing Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and generate new business Collaborate with the design team to create innovative interior landscaping solutions Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends Team Training & Leadership Lead, mentor, and support field technicians to ensure service excellence Develop and implement training programs to strengthen technical and customer service skills Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth‑focused team culture Customer Care Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively Build long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and tailored solutions Operations & Administration Oversee scheduling, procurement, and inventory management Manage budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing in partnership with accounting Prepare performance reports and identify areas for operational improvement Qualifications Proven experience in general management or a leadership role in a commercial service business Strong sales and marketing skills with ability to drive business growth Track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills Proficiency in operations, administration, and basic financial management Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Why Join Botanicus?
