Our solutions include API-driven clients, microservice architectures, event-driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends.Specific responsibilities for the Full-Stack Developer position include:Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clientsCreate quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiencesLeverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skillsUnderstand and implement object-oriented design patternsCommunicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledgeProvide technical mentoringQualificationsQualifications6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications the Microsoft Stack OR JavaHands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPIStrong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies such as Azure OR AWS OR GCPFront-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like BootstrapExperience with Agentic AI development- Developing agents and developing with agentsExperience with a Varied AI Toolset- Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, OpenClaudePreferred experience with AI orchestrationExperience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflowsFamiliarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challengesSolid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniquesAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeAdditional InformationWe want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions. The base pay range for this role is: $90,000-$190,000.
