Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the CEO and President. Lead annual budgeting, long‑range planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, AR/AP, and project accounting. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Coordinate reporting to German parent company and support IFRS‑based group consolidation. Support proposal pricing and contract financial review. Maintain strong internal controls, risk management processes, and corporate governance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Develop and maintain the company’s banking, bonding, and insurance relationships. Serve as liaison between U.S. operations and global finance leadership. Lead and develop finance, accounting, purchase and logistics teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Experience in government contracting. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. Experience working within an international corporate structure. Excellent communication and executive‑level presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IFRS reporting. Experience with ERP systems.
