This role ensures that process instructions, specifications, quality records, and technical documentation are accurate, current, properly authorized, and available for use in a highly regulated, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The position follows established document control and quality system procedures and works under guidance to support compliance, operational consistency, and audit readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain controlled documents related to semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations within document management systems.Process document change requests, including creation, revision, approval routing, release, and archival, in accordance with established change control procedures.Ensure proper version control, document traceability, and controlled distribution of manufacturing and quality documentation.Support periodic reviews of controlled documents to confirm alignment with current manufacturing processes and quality requirements.Coordinate with process engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to resolve document discrepancies or updates.Monitor document control workflows and queues to ensure timely processing and compliance with defined service levels.Assist in internal, customer, and third‑party audits by retrieving and providing controlled records and documentation evidence.Maintain accurate document metadata and records to support data integrity and regulatory compliance.Follow established quality management system (QMS) procedures, data integrity standards, and compliance requirements.Work EnvironmentOperates in a process‑driven semiconductor manufacturing environment with defined procedures and controls.Role is an individual contributor with no people‑management responsibility.Work requires accuracy, consistency, and adherence to documented processes.SkillsAgile Systems, Audit Support, Change Controls, Compliance Support, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Data Accuracy, Data Integrity, Detail-Oriented, Document Controls, Document Management System (DMS), Manufacturing Documentation, Microsoft Office, Oracle Agile PLM, Records Management, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Technical Writing Documentation, Version ControlEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience | RequiredPay Range$71,400.00 - $93,660.00Pay Range ExplainedThis role in Livermore, California pays between $71,400.00 and $93,660.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
