This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as neededCoordinate and arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itinerariesPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reportsConduct research and compile data for various projects and presentationsAssist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetingsAct as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholdersHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionComplete various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing expense reportsProvide general support to theQualificationsProven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismExperience in the logistics industry is a plusThis is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.
