CGP: Sr. Billing Specialist - SaaS

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr. Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tech industry billing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $31 to $41 per hour.Responsibilities:Process new SaaS and professional services contractsDiagnose and resolve basic and complex customer billing and accounts receivable questions or problems promptly to ensure that customers are billed correctlyCollaborate with sales, customer success, and support to ensure a smooth and efficient billing processAssist in developing and optimizing billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyMonitor billing metrics and identify opportunities for improvementProcess transactions in billing department for our SaaS products using NetSuiteGenerate and send accurate and timely customer invoices based on contractual agreements and billing schedulesPerform billing adjustments, such as prorations, cancellations, and upgrades/downgrades, as necessaryIdentify and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with the finance and customer success teamsOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience with billingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with appeals and collectionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment If you are a self-starter with a passion for helping the billing process, we want to hear from you!
