Registered Nurse - LTC - Full Time 7-3 & 3-11

Methodist Specialty Care Center (MSCC), located in Flowood, is Mississippi’s only residential long-term care facility designed especially for younger, severely disabled persons. We are looking for nurses to join our team of dedicated staff to provide excellent, quality care and utilize best nursing practices to make a positive impact for our residents. We have immediate full-time openings for Registered Nurses and are currently hiring for the following shifts at Methodist Specialty Care Center Shift: 7am - 3pm 3pm - 11pm Candidates must have: Valid RN license in the State of Mississippi, without restrictions BLS certification As a Registered Nurse at MSCC you will: Provide excellent, quality care and utilize best nursing practices to make a positive impact for our residents Provide direct care to the residents Work in conjunction with Respiratory Therapists to manage tracheostomies and ventilators Rotate in the charge nurse role Interact daily with residents, meeting their medical and psychosocial needs Monitor care provided by LPNs and CNAs Interact with the Medical Director to facilitate resident needs Interact with management and administrative staff to enhance facility function We offer: Competitive pay A comprehensive, flexible, benefit package to all full-time employees (32 hours plus per week) Medical and dental coverage beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment 403b Retirement Life insurance Methodist Specialty Care is a division of Mississippi Methodist Rehabilitation Center.
