SALES & CLIENT RELATIONS COORDINATORBaton Rouge, LA (On-site)Next Level Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established, locally owned residential cleaning company that has been serving the Baton Rouge community for over 40 years.This is a high-quality, premium service provider—not a high-volume cleaning company—focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and long-term client relationships.We are seeking a sales-driven, organized professional who can confidently manage customer interactions, close new business, and keep daily operations running smoothly.Compensation & ScheduleSalary: $40,000 – $55,000 + bonus/commission potentialBonus/Commission structure tied to sales performanceMonday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)The role is on-site in Baton Rouge, LA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Revenue Generation (Primary Focus)Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked servicesUpsell additional services to existing customersProactively reach out to past customers to generate new bookingsMonitor the schedule and take initiative to fill open time slotsWork toward monthly sales and booking goals (bonus eligible)Scheduling & Operations CoordinationManage and adjust daily schedules for cleaning teamsHandle last-minute changes, including call-outs and reschedulingEnsure jobs are properly staffed and schedules are optimizedWork closely with the Operations Manager to resolve daily issuesCustomer Experience & RetentionServe as the primary point of contact for customersHandle complaints and service concerns professionallyMaintain strong customer relationships, especially with recurring clients (approximately 60% of business)Update customer notes and preferences to ensure consistent serviceAdministrative SupportManage job entries and updates within CRM systemMaintain internal scheduling tools and notesTrack service issues, feedback, and job detailsClose out jobs and ensure accurate documentationWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequiredProven sales experience (any industry) – including upselling and some cold calling of former clients.Strong communication and phone skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, reactive environmentComfortable handling both sales and operational responsibilitiesTech-savvy and able to learn new systemsPreferredExperience in inside sales, call center, or service-based businessesScheduling or dispatch experienceBilingual (Spanish preferred)Important Role RequirementsMust be comfortable around animals (dogs and pets are common in both the office and customer homes)Must be willing and physically able to participate in hands-on training with cleaning teams (first few days) and on an as needed basis for emergency situations.Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (occasional use of company vehicle)Benefits & Time OffPaid time off with accrual based on tenureBonus opportunities tied to performanceAccess to supplemental healthcare optionsSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOngoing training and developmentWhy This Opportunity Stands OutJoin a well-established 40+ year local business with a strong reputationHigh-impact role with direct influence on company revenue and daily operationsWork closely with ownership and leadershipOpportunity to grow with a business expanding into new areasIdeal Candidate ProfileThis role is best suited for someone who:Enjoys closing sales and talking to customersTakes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to doCan stay organized while juggling multiple prioritiesThrives in a small business, team-oriented environment
