This is an opportunity to work alongside elite engineers, ship production code from day one and have a direct impact on the company’s growth.Role: Full Stack EngineerSalary: $185,000 - $250,000Location: San Francisco (on-site 5 days per week)What you’ll be doingDesign, build and deploy production-grade full stack applicationsDevelop scalable backend services and intuitive frontend experiencesBuild robust APIs and integrate with cloud-based servicesWork closely with product and engineering teams to rapidly ship new featuresContribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practicesOwn features from concept through to productionHelp shape the future of a fast-growing AI platformWhat you’ll need3 to 4 years’ commercial experience as a Software Engineer or Full Stack EngineerStrong experience building production-grade software at paceExcellent problem-solving ability with a track record of tackling complex technical challengesStrong sense of ownership with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-performance environmentCommercial experience building backend systems using PythonExperience designing and maintaining scalable application architecture and core infrastructureStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL and ideally vector databasesExperience building and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL servicesHands-on experience with AWS or GCP, alongside Docker and modern cloud infrastructureExperience working within high-growth technology businesses is highly desirableBackground as a Founding Engineer or early engineering hire would be advantageousComfortable using AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate engineering outputThis role would suit an ambitious engineer from a recognised technology business or high-growth startup who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, building scalable systems and working alongside exceptional engineers in a fast-moving AI environment.
