We are hiring a Product Line Manager (ESP Completions) to serve as the end-to-end owner of key Artificial Lift product lines within our ESP enhancement portfolio.This is a true Product Line Owner with accountability for commercial success, margin performance, field reliability, and full lifecycle execution.What You’ll OwnProduct strategy and multi-year roadmap executionNew Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through commercializationPricing, positioning, adoption, and gross profit outcomesField performance, reliability metrics, and warranty exposureCross-functional execution across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and SalesKey Product AreasY-ToolsDual ESP CompletionsOther ESP Completion technologiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related discipline)10+ years in Offshore Artificial Lift engineering, operations, manufacturing, or product leadershipProven success launching oilfield technologies to commercial scaleStrong understanding of ESP systems and downhole completion toolsBusiness-minded leader with strong technical judgmentAbility to travel up to 25% of the timePhysical & Work Environment RequirementsCombination of office, manufacturing, and field environmentsAbility to travel to manufacturing facilities and customer field locationsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required in field environmentsHULK is committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation.
