Procedures: Assisting with blood draws, administering medications, and performing essential lab tests. Patient Education: Guiding families through health conditions, medication instructions, and follow-up care plans. What You Bring: Credentials: CMA or RMA certification (or equivalent professional experience). Expertise: Solid clinical background and comfort working in a busy healthcare setting. Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a talent for multitasking, and a genuine heart for patient care.
