VP Or Senior Director Of Sales OperationsFitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health and wellness companies.We're filling this role for a client, a venture-backed healthtech company using a targeted, clinically validated spectrum of UVB light to safely boost natural vitamin D production addressing deficiency without the risks of sun exposure.The RoleOwn and build the end-to-end sales operations function across DTC and B2B channelsManage and optimize core commercial systems, including HubSpot, Shopify, and SalesforceOversee DTC order flow, including ecommerce operations, payments, and customer order lifecyclePartner closely with contract manufacturers to align demand planning, production, and fulfillmentLead demand forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with manufacturing and financeManage shipping and fulfillment operations, ensuring a high-quality customer delivery experienceSupport B2B sales efforts through quoting, invoicing, and deal desk operationsBuild scalable processes for order management, revenue tracking, and reportingEstablish KPIs and dashboards to drive visibility into performance across channelsIdentify and implement automation and tooling to improve efficiency and accuracyWho You Are815+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related rolesExperience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products - ideally devices or hardwareStrong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and SalesforceExperience working with contract manufacturers and/or supply chain and fulfillment partnersProven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high-growth environmentStrong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detailAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environmentPreferredExperience in medical device, health tech, or premium consumer hardwareFamiliarity with subscription models, connected devices, or app-enabled products
