Role: Data Entry Clerk (Contract) – Self-Checkout Global KeyboardLocation: Irving, TX (Hybrid/Onsite as required)Duration: ContractRole Overview:7-Eleven / Speedway is seeking a contract data entry clerk to support Assisted Self-Checkout (ASCO) initiatives by accurately configuring new items within the Global Keyboard. This role is execution-focused and supports ongoing pilots, rollouts, and operational enhancements across our store network.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain SCO items within the Global Keyboard based on approved requirementsConfigure item attributes, including descriptions, categories, images, pricing rules, and ASCO eligibilityValidate data accuracy and completeness prior to testing and production deploymentFollow established configuration standards and documentation requirementsSupport testing cycles by verifying item behavior in test environmentsResolve data issues and rework items as neededRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of data entry or system configuration experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working in structured systems and spreadsheetsContract Expectations:Task-based delivery with clear SLAsAbility to ramp quickly and follow defined proceduresMinimal design or decision-making responsibilities
