Role Summary Intellivo is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales and Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce, creating impactful sales presentation decks, analyzing sales efforts, and understanding customer prospective customer data to drive informed decision-making. This role will also require strong experience in presenting to senior leadership and navigating various sales platforms. While this position reports to the VP of Business Development, close collaboration with the marketing team and client relations is essential to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies. Location St. Louis Corporate Office Responsibilities Effectively navigate and utilize various sales platforms and CRM systems to track sales activities, identify prospects, manage leads, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. Manage and effectively navigate and utilize Salesforce to track data, create reporting and dashboards, and support the sales team. Develop, design, and maintain sales presentation materials that effectively communicate our products, services, and value proposition to potential clients and internal stakeholders, with a focus on presentations to senior leadership. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to optimize performance and achieve targets. Collect, manage, and interpret prospect data to understand prospect behaviors, preferences, and purchasing trends. Utilize this data to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationships. Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, including key metrics, forecasts, and progress towards goals. Identify areas of improvement and suggest actionable solutions. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support strategic planning. Work with the sales team to continuously improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and ensure cohesive messaging and branding in all sales efforts. Assist sales and marketing with conference preparation. Perform ad hoc analysis and participate in special projects as required by the Sales Manager or other leadership. Why work for Intellivo? Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a sales analyst or similar role, with demonstrated experience in presenting to senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce, sales platforms, and data visualization tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
