RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDSuccessful completion of a certified nursing assistant programFingerprint clearance and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayMinimum one (1) year of documented experience is requiredResponsibilitiesProvide patients with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, linen changes, light housekeeping, escort to and from activitiesAssist patients in walking, outdoor activities, etc.Take and record vital signs as well as height and weight, if necessaryAssist patients in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the Resident Care CoordinatorPromote a safe environment for quality patient care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standardsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $15.75 /hour
