Programmers.io is currently looking for a " .NET Software Engineer"Onsite in Louisville, Kentucky. Contract Role open for c2c or w2Position Summary We are seeking a .NET Software Engineer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .NET/C# development, database design, API integration, and modern front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.Build and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and Entity Framework (EF).Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Kendo UI.Create and consume REST APIs, perform API testing using Postman, and ensure seamless system integrations. Develop and maintain Windows Services, reports using ActiveReports, and cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Perform automated testing and quality assurance using Selenium. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
Proficiency in jQuery, Kendo UI, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
Experience with REST APIs, Postman, Windows Services, and Azure.
Knowledge of ActiveReports and Selenium Automation Testing.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development and microservices architecture
