Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent role based in Waukesha, WI. The Leasing Agent will manage residential leasing operations, including scheduling and conducting property tours, assisting prospective tenants with leasing applications, preparing necessary lease documentation, and ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain high occupancy rates and satisfaction levels.Saturday hours are required. Qualifications Experience with Residential Leasing, Lease Administration, and managing Leases is a bonusStrong Customer Service skills to address tenant inquiries and issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProven organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in basic computer applications; experience with property management software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate or property management certifications are an advantage
