Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionSenior FICA/RMCA consultant with deep expertise.Should also have good overall SAP FI skills.Must have at least 2 FICA/RMCA implementations experience as a consultantMust be capable of driving blueprinting sessionsCandidate must demonstrate through past project experiences solid knowledge gained in the specific areas indicated. Must be able to present design to Business teams, able to clearly communicate with Finance users.10+ years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules. Two full life cycle implementation experience of SAP RMCA / FICA modules.Billing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable Invoicing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable Integration of SAP system with external systems for transfer of Billable Items data Interface for transferring billing information from external systems to Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) Processing outgoing and incoming payments Transfer of account assignment data from Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Parallel processing and Enhancement of standard business processes of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable using predefined Program Events Experience in RMCA configuration of Main /Sub transactions, Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Tax, Refund Process, write offs etc. Integration with other modules such as SD and MMExperience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing and post-go live support.Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts.Knowledge of BIT is added advantage.Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery.Analytical and Communication skills Project and talent managementExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
