We're currently looking for a talented individual to join one of our premier client facilities.Our client, a well-established Assisted Living Facility in Sebring, Florida, is seeking dependable and compassionate Medical Technicians (Med Techs) to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with seniors in a supportive, resident-focused environment.The Med Tech will play a key role in supporting residents with medication administration, daily care needs, and overall resident well-being while ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policiesAccurately document medication administration and resident observationsAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededMonitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff and leadershipEnsure compliance with all medication management and safety protocolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residentsBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and staff membersRespond appropriately to resident needs and emergency situationsQualifications:Previous experience as a Med Tech, Medication Aide, CNA, or caregiver in an Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or healthcare setting preferredMed Tech certification or ability to meet Florida state requirements preferredCompassionate, patient, and dependable personalityStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentExperience working with geriatric residents preferredWhat They Offer:Stable full-time shifts available: 10:00AM - 6:00PMSupportive leadership team and positive work environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniorsCompetitive compensation based on experienceGrowth opportunities within the organizationIf you are interested in joining a compassionate team dedicated to quality resident care, we encourage you to apply.
